Casa del Mar is located on the first point of Half Moon Bay, oceanfront and convenient to everything. There's plenty of room, too: 2 bedrooms each have king-size beds and private baths, and there's a third bedroom with bunks for the kids; in all, there are 3 bathrooms.

Four adults and two children can sleep comfortably. In addition, it has a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities. The entire roof is a large observatory with a beautiful view of Akumal and the Caribbean Sea. There is also a telescope for stargazing.

This elegant Villa was just finished in November of 1995. It features Italian tile, coquina and Ticul marble floors as well as bathrooms done with Mexican Talavera Tile. The Villa is furnished with hand carved Mexican antiques. Equipped with TV/VCR, a good selection of videotapes, CD player and library.

Maid service provided daily except for Sunday. Casa Del Mar has a resident manager and household staff to ensure a comfortable visit.

Casa del Mar is a 2200 square foot elegant villa and one of the newest luxury properties in exclusive North Akumal. The villa has a downstairs master bedroom with ceiling fan, bath, an extra large upstairs master suite with king size bed and two baths, air conditioning, laundry and bunk bed for the kids or singles. It also has an ultra modern kitchen, UV water filtration system, living room and dining room, as well as oceanfront and garden patios.

For larger groups Casa Del Mar may be rented along with it's sister villa, Nicte-Ha. Nicte-Ha was designed by the famous architectural firm of I. M. Pei. It is situated to catch the ocean breezes and has wonderful ocean front balconies and patios. Total occupancy for both villas would be 10 adults and 6 children. When reserving both properties together each villa has the use of Nicte-Ha's lovely new ocean front swimming pool. The villas are adjacent to each other and very convenient for family gatherings and weddings.
