1) Staff entered the room without knocking and actually went through the hallway and into the room where the children were sleeping before we heard them; 2) Maid service was very good, but only everyother day -- we were told daily. Also a towel shortage. 3) Toilet plumbing below average. 4) On reserving, we were given the impression that the condos were part of a hotel complex where we could use the hotel facilities. The complexes are independent, and when we were given a card to use the hotel facilities, the hotel refused to respect it, saying the facilities were filled. On the positive side the unit was nicer than we expected and the staff was helpful.
We where not expected at arrival - but they solved the problem very efficient.
The only thing that was missing was a little traficguide from Cancun to the place - because the place is quite new no one new it. But with some help we found out.
