All About Playa del Carmen
Our small Caribbean beach town has grown tremendously in popularity during the
last decade. There's a good reason - Playa del Carmen is a fantastic place to
spend your vacation, relax, see and be seen.
Our town has grown all along the Mayan beach, so wherever you go, you will be
close to jade colored surf.
The main street is called Avenida Quinta, or 5th Avenue. Sometimes it's just
called La Quinta - where you will find world class restaurants, cafes, night
clubs and boutiques. It is a common point of reference and a pedestrian only
avenue.
Avenues run parallel to the beach. They are given
numbers in increments of five, 5th Ave, 10th Ave, etc....... Streets or Calles,
as they are called here in Mexico, are perpendicular to the coast and they have
even numbers north of Juarez and odd numbers to the south. You will find many things
to do with your time here. We have something for everyone...... parasail, golf,
snorkel, scuba dive, go boating, swim in the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean
or a cenote......want a taste of history? Visit one or more of the nearby Mayan
ruins. Spend a day at one of the famous eco adventure parks of Xcaret or Xel-Ha
. We even have ATV Jungle Tours available.

Transportation (upon request)
We can provided transfer from to Cancun airport, as well from wedding site to
the reception location.

A cook can be provided for the villa or condo rentals. NOTE this service may not
almays be available based on demand.
Tours
We can arrange a variety of tours for you including Tulum, Xel-ha, coba, sky
dive, ATV jungle, catamaran and many more.
Baby Sitter (upon request)
If you want to go out without your kids! we can help you to arrange to take care
of them for a while a night or all day, whit love respect and responsibility.
Franz Hair (Hairdresser)
Manicure, pedicure, massage services, hair styling, drying all are available to
you.
Rental car
Rental car is available.
Photographer
Photos and video are available from professional people.
Maintenance
All of our properties are maintained in the best condition. However, should any
problem arise while you are in the property please notify SunFun Vacation
Rentals immediately. We will have it fixed ASAP. We strive to make your holiday
hassle free.
Guest
Responsibilities
Treat the property like you would a friend's house with respect. Any damages to
the property or lost items will come out of your security deposit. No
unregistered guests are allowed on the property. Guests are responsible for the
property, its contents and themselves and all other guests during occupancy. It
is just like what you would want for your own home. Further detailed
explanations will be in the rental agreement.
Check in / Check
out
Check out is before 11:00am and check in is after 3:00pm.
We will make the best arrangement possible once we find out your arrival time.
