My husband and I just got back from there off of our honeymoon... My brother & his g-friend, My sister and her husband also went along for vacation. I have took cruises all over and stayed on land also but this had to be one of the worse trips we ever took... The hotel is always trying to sell u something so, be ready to spend your vacation listining to sales pitches. They will give u coupons to listen and then they will be booked so u can't use them or u have to book your transportation back to the air port through a certain transport company make an appointment (just what u want to do on vacation) then U get to this mans desk and guess what ????? sales pitch !! suprise, suprise... And that is if u get to talk to him right away or if he is still trying to sell to the last customer. the point ot this is be prepared to stand around and wait for these people to try to sell u something.....The food is I would say just bland not terrible but not great anywhere on the resort... The sewer smell was absolutly horrible more buy the swim up bars???????? maybe hurricane We didn't know but it was nasty.. Room service was great but the ants were horrible in the rooms.We went out to the hotels snorkling marina --------Be prepared for the lunch u will get there. mice running over your head over the rafters were the food is set out( i was raised in the country but mice and food is NOT my cup of tea.My brother lost his cell phone in a hotel taxi and they wouldn't retrieve it for him amd someone from home called it and the cabie answered it(NOT GOOD) but refused to return it and still the hotel does nothing... Here we are trying to keep the mexicans from entering the u.s. but yet we will run right over there and spend lots of money to eat junk, stand and wait on them, smell nasty sewer for about the price of 2,500.00 and think thats great...I do see why the mexicans are trying to come over here I didn't want to be there for the five days that I had booked... The honeymoon package consist of a bottle of champaign dinner with 100 other people 4 couples per table a tee shirt and a picture.... I wanted a romantic dinner with my husband not a bunch of people I never met, I would suggest to anyone save your money stay in florida or the Carolinas and keep the money here... I bet u won't have to worry about the sewer and food or water ,,,,,think about it !
