Beaches<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\">Beaches&#8230;. as in PLURAL you say?<\/p>\n<p>Yes!<\/p>\n<p>At Hotel Xcaret Mexico, there is a main beach on the ocean but there is <strong>also a secondary beach<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s one way to outshine the market.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-20950\" src=\"https:\/\/www.playadelcarmen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/New_Xcaret_Hotel6.jpg\" alt=\"New xcaret Hotel\" width=\"760\" height=\"428\" data-id=\"20950\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This second beach has <strong>soft and calm water.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s particularly desirable if you have children that are young, and not strong swimmers yet.<\/p>\n<p>There also beaches on the rivers that run by the hotel.<\/p>\n<p>All of these areas have been carved out of the stone and give all sides of this hotel something to admire.<\/p>\n<p>The threat of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.playadelcarmen.com\/blog\/activities-seaweed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">seaweed<\/a> this year (2019) has been particularly prominent in some vacationers minds. The beaches are unpredictably tainted with smelly green stuff.<\/p>\n<p>The good news?<\/p>\n<p>In the last month, the state of Quintana Roo has invested in major government cleanups so beaches are finally looking like their former glory and prevention methods are in place to stop it getting like that in future.<\/p>\n<p>So, you needn&#8217;t worry from this day forward but it&#8217;s always nice to have peace of mind.
