The Swimming with Dolphins programs in the area offer you the amazing opportunity to swim and play with a beautiful Bottlenose Dolphin. There are different swims to suit all participants and all ages! Whether this is your first dolphin swim or not, you are sure to be smiling from ear to ear.

Gain a glimpse of the dolphin’s tactile nature as these amazing animals cheerfully vocalize while people gently stroke their soft skin. The knowledgeable trainers will teach you about the dolpins, their nature, biology and behavior.

You can choose to swim in Isla Mujeres, Puerto Aventuras, the new Dreams Puerto Aventuras dolphinarium, Xcaret, Xel Ha, Riviera Maya, Cozumel or Costa Maya.

HINTS AND TIPS

* Book early and save $.

* Wear biodegradable sunscreen

* Remove jewellery that may scratch the dolphins.

NOTES

* Children under 4′ in height (1.2 meters) must be accompanied by an adult.

* If you are pregnant, 5 months or less, you are permitted to participate in the Encounter program as long as you are with another paying adult and sign the responsibility form.

KIDS 

This is a great activity for children providing they are not afraid of the water. For smaller children, the Dolphin Encounter is recommended. Child sized life jackets are available and mandatory for all swims.
