Worldlinks.com provides online reservations
for Hotels, Villas, Resorts, Bed & Breakfasts and Inns worldwide. There
are no upfront costs for your hotel to participate and Worldlinks.com
simply takes a commission on each reservation we book for you.
Worldlinks.com has created a powerful
tool for generating revenue for our accommodations providers: We market
small hotels and resorts via our proprietary distribution and reservations
booking program. We work with individual properties to help them gain an
Internet presence and market and book reservations for them online. We handle
building the web site, marketing, the online transaction / credit card processing
and online & phone customer support. The only thing our hotel partners need
to do is show our clients a fabulous time.
Property / Hotel Distribution (Marketing): How
we market your property
Worldlinks.com has deals in progress with several 'large' web sites
where they will run our hotel sites, when a reservation gets booked we share
our commission with them. Several of our future partners generate tens of
millions of page views each month...your site would show up here as well.
This means we are in a position to get your hotel property in front of many
potential buyers. We also work with a number of smaller regional travel
guide operators who display our hotels on their sites. They earn a part
of the commission each time a reservation gets booked.
How we can promote your property:
All Properties Receive:
- Property Pages: We will build a custom property web site for each hotel.
These sites will be used to promote and sell your property online. We build
each hotel a 10 page website including a property message board at no cost.
Example Properties:
- Standard Listings: Your property will
be searchable in our web sites for viewers to find and book your property.
You will have listings in 'ALL' applicable travel guides and additional
regional guides as they come live online.
Premiere Properties Receive Additional Exposure: (for properties
which offer net rates or commissions that are higher than our base rate:
see below for details)
- Newsletters: We currently have over 45,000 newsletter subscribers
in our database. We are in the process of creating a weekly and/or monthly
newsletter that our subscribers can opt-in on. We could provide mentions
or links from several newsletters each quarter promoting your property.
- Special Email Promotions: We could run a special newsletter for
your property (to promote an event or a special rate) to our entire opt-in
subscriber base or to member specific interests groups (divers, jungle trekkers,
wine tours, cultural tours, Europe travelers, Caribbean travelers). This
would be an email featuring your property alone. We would require guaranteed
inventory for a special promotion such as this. This would work very well
for a low/off season promotion.
- Banners: We can create a banner for your property and place it
in our ROS banner rotation. This will generate additional traffic to your
site.

- 350,000 unique users per month
- 1,400,000 page views per month
Contract / Hotel Agreements: Net Rates - Commission Rates:
Worldlinks.com prefers to work with a Net Rate agreement. Alternatively,
we can work on a commission basis, which cannot be less that 15%. If Worldlinks.com
is required to collect and process full payment for the clients reservation
the commission would need to be adjusted upward. For properties that offer
Net Rates or commissions that are 20% +, we offer premiere / featured placement
of your property in our online travel guides and additional promotional
considerations (listed above). Worldlinks.com requests that it receive
rates in $US dollars.
