The JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa is open with limited services and some visible construction still in process. Some of the physical areas that are closed, but for which there is service available in alternate areas of the hotel, are the Spa, offering treatments on the 5th floor and the Gift Shop and the Business Center, which have service available in the Palenque Meeting Room. The Cafe Salsa Restaurant and 24 hour room-service are available. There is food and beverage service from Cafe Salsa in the pool area and on the beach. Gustino Restaurant and Club 91 will be closed until late summer. There will still be some work in progress in different areas of the Resort, but we have done our best to confine these areas. The CasaMagna Marriott Resort is open with three additional restaurants and their fitness gym, available for JW guests.
