One shower had almost no water pressure, which we reported, but it didn't get fixed while we were there. Fortunately, we had another bathroom.
We arrived very late our first night, and it took us a while to convince the security guard to let us in. It would have been helpful if we had received detailed directions to the place, the phone number, and information about late arrival.
We really loved having the bottled water cooler in the room!
This is really a wonderful property. Not only, as I have noted above, is the condo complex great it is also in a fantastic location. It is one block to either the beach or 5th ave which is especially nice for familys with teenagers. The location also made dinning in the evening alot more fun as no driving was needed.
The condo was great. One concern was the patio furniture on the pent house deck. The table was very old and unstable and not enough chairs for 4 people. There were only 2 chairs on the patio directly outside the living room also. I had to ask for two more chairs and all they could fined was 1 with broken arms. The owner needs to upgrade the patio furniture.
