Regarding #2...we would not say simple, but the condo did meet our needs. Didn't necessarily think it was a great value. Regarding #3...during 2 early mornings, there was loud construction noise from the property behind Maya Villa. Regarding #4...the office was notified many times that the air conditioning was not working and it was finally fixed the last day of our stay; we received 2 keys for the 3 bedroom condo and several times asked for another key--none was ever provided; neighboring condo construction sounded like the jackhammer was coming through the walls at 7 am; we called twice to let the office know that an alarm above us was going of at midnight and beeping continuously for over 1/2 hour; pool was small and in the shade of building.
