Restaurants
'Yucatan' Restaurant
Buffet service in a large dining room with pleasant views, covered by one of the hotel's largest palapas and the decoration that adorns the main hand-carved and painted furniture depicts scenes from Mayan life. The restaurant has an excellent selection of buffets where you may sample international cuisine on a different theme every night.
American breakfast: 07.00 - 10.30am.
Lunch: 12.30 - 3.30pm.
Dinner: 6.30 - 10.30pm.
'La Gran Tortuga' Restaurant
Situated facing the sea, but at the southern end of the hotel, this restaurant offers buffet breakfasts and lunches and, for dinner, exquisite a la carte Mediterranean cuisine.
American breakfast: 7.00am - 10.00am.
Buffet lunch: 1.00pm - 4.00pm.
A la Carte dinner: 6.30pm - 10.30pm.
Tables should be booked in advance at the Public Relations desk once a week. Gentlemen are required to wear long trousers and shirtsleeves for dinner.
'Mamma Mia' Restaurant
Set in an enclosed dining room with air conditioning, it offers an a la carte service with the finest selection of Italian cuisine.
Dinner: 6.30pm or 10.30pm.

'Las Olas' Restaurant
A completely informal atmosphere, on the beach, with long opening times, the restaurant offers snacks and fast food: grilled meats, sausages, hamburgers, pizzas and a salad bar.
Breakfast: 7.30am - 09.30am.
Snacks: 11.00am - 10.00pm.
Dress: informal
'Tequila' Restaurant
Located facing the sea at the northern end of the hotel, it offers a la Carte dinner with Mexican cuisine. Enjoy Mexican food and the Tequila tradition.
Dinner: 6.30 - 10.30pm.

The Central Swimming-pool Island Bar: Bar and Swim-Up Bar in the middle of our swimming pool: you'll be able to enjoy an incomparable setting to the beat of our entertainment. Open from 10.00am until 6.00pm.
Las Olas Snack Bar: right on the beach and with a service to the quiet swimming pool at the southern end. Open from 10.00am until 10.00pm.
Akumal Lobby Bar: meeting point. Under a large, round palapa, live music is performed every night. Enjoy our wide range of cocktails. Open from 10.00am until 11.00pm.Coffee service from 6.00am until 7.00pm. Live music from 8.30 until 10.00pm.Tea from 4.30 until 6.00pm.
